Which services are included at each membership level

This proactive service helps you keep the IRS out of your life by telling you about tax concerns before they become big problems. This service provides a monthly IRS status report on eight key tax concerns. You will also get an immediate email notice if the IRS flags one of your tax returns for a future audit. We can see an audit flag often two to six months before the IRS contacts you. 

If you receive an unexpected letter from the IRS or something unexpected shows up on your monthly status report, you can consult with one of our staff Enrolled Agents to discuss the situation.

Our comprehensive package includes an Initial Risk Review where we analyze your previous two years' tax returns for accuracy, cross-referencing with your IRS records. We'll discuss any discrepancies and review both current and past IRS activity to provide valuable insights and discuss any findings during the review.

Our Enrolled Agents and CPAs can contact the IRS on your behalf to resolve any problem or need, except an audit or examination. This Fix services include:

• Making arrangements for outstanding IRS debt. This can include:
• Creating a monthly payment plan to pay the debt off
• Qualifying for non-collectible status if you can afford a monthly plan
• Proposing an Offer-in-Compromise to settle the debt for less
• Apply to get penalties removed for various causes

At Guard Dog, we have CPAs, forensic accountants, expert witnesses, and legal expertise to challenge an auditor’s position to the Appeals Office or in the U.S. Tax Court. The price for these services can be significant but necessary to prevent being assessed outrageous additional taxes, penalties, and interest.

Problem-resolution services are available to all clients. The only difference in membership levels is which services are included in the recurring membership charge and which are offered for an extra charge. All memberships include the monthly status report.
